1. Who We Are

64 Squares Consulting LLC, doing business as Thrive Consumer Debt Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), is a financial consulting and advisory firm. We provide independent debt relief consulting services, including reviewing a consumer's financial situation and matching them to the most appropriate solution from a network of licensed and accredited debt relief service providers.

We are NOT a debt settlement company, credit counseling agency, law firm, debt collector, or creditor. We do not directly negotiate, settle, modify, or otherwise handle any consumer debt. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

2. Nature of Our Services

Our services consist exclusively of the following:

• Free, no-obligation financial situation review and consultation
• Analysis of your debt profile, income, and financial hardship
• Education on all available debt relief options, including but not limited to: debt settlement, debt management plans (DMPs), credit counseling, debt consolidation, and bankruptcy
• Matching and referral to licensed, accredited third-party service providers best suited to your individual situation
• General financial education and information resources

We do not guarantee that any particular solution will be available to you, that you will qualify for any specific program, or that any outcome will be achieved. All services are provided for informational and referral purposes only.

3. No Upfront Fees

Our consultation and matching services are provided at no cost to you. We do not charge consumers any fees for reviewing your situation or providing a referral. Any fees associated with actual debt relief services are charged by the third-party service providers to whom you may be referred, and only in accordance with their own agreements and applicable law.

Third-party debt settlement providers in our network are required to comply with the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), which prohibits charging fees before a debt is settled, reduced, or otherwise resolved.

4. Important Risk Disclosures

4.1 Debt Settlement Risks

If you are referred to a debt settlement provider, you should be aware of the following risks before enrolling in any program:

• Debt settlement programs may negatively affect your credit score
• You may be advised to stop making payments to creditors, which can result in late fees, penalty interest, and collection calls
• Creditors are not required to negotiate and may file lawsuits against you for unpaid balances
• Not all debts are eligible for settlement

We are committed to matching you only with providers that we believe, in good faith, are appropriate for your situation. However, we encourage you to review any provider's credentials, licensing, and agreement carefully before enrolling.

7. Communications Consent (TCPA)

By submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or otherwise providing your phone number to us, you expressly consent to be contacted by 64 Squares Consulting LLC d/b/a Thrive Consumer Debt Solutions at the number provided, including via:

• Live telephone calls
• Automated or pre-recorded calls
• Text messages (SMS/MMS)

Your consent is not a condition of receiving our consulting services. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at the information below. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. State Availability and Licensing

Our consulting and referral services may not be available in all states. We operate in compliance with applicable state laws governing debt relief consulting and referral services. Consumers in states with specific debt settlement licensing requirements will be matched only with appropriately licensed providers for their state.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
